Provider charter

Being listed is a commitment. This charter is the common ground for every provider on the platform.

Documents and identity. Provide genuine, valid papers: identity, trade register or artisan card, and for transport the driving licence, insurance and vehicle registration. The “Account”, “Company” and “Service” badges are granted on these papers and withdrawn as soon as they expire.

Quoted price, honoured price. An accepted quote is binding: no extra decided on the spot. Any change is offered to the customer, who accepts it before the work is done.

Punctuality and presentation. Honour appointments, warn immediately if prevented, and turn up properly dressed with a vehicle in good condition.

Respect for the customer. Courtesy, discretion about what you see at the customer's home, and no soliciting outside the platform to avoid the commission.

Safety. Obey traffic law, refuse an unsafe ride or delivery, and report any incident from the job itself.

Commission and balance. Commission is due on every completed job. When the customer pays cash it is debited from the prepaid balance: below the allowed threshold, offers and acceptances are suspended until you top up.

Breaches. Repeated reports, expired documents or fraud lead to losing the badges, then suspension of the profile, then permanent removal.
