Terms of use

1. Purpose. The platform connects customers with independent providers (home services, delivery, passenger transport, shops). It performs no service itself and is not a party to the contract between customer and provider.

2. Account. Creating an account requires accurate, up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done from your account. Accounts may be suspended for fraud, impersonation or breach of these terms.

3. Requests, quotes and prices. The price is offered by the provider, as an offer or an itemised quote, and accepted by the customer before the job starts. For transport and delivery the price is distance-based, plus the platform fee shown before ordering. All prices include tax and are in Algerian dinar.

4. Payment and commission. Payment is made online or directly to the provider, depending on the chosen method. The platform charges a commission on every completed job: withheld from online payments, or debited from the provider's prepaid balance when the customer pays cash.

5. Cancellation. A request may be cancelled free of charge while it has not been accepted. After acceptance, late or repeated cancellation may incur fees or lead to account suspension.

6. Reviews. Only customers who actually ordered may leave a review. Abusive, untruthful or irrelevant reviews are removed.

7. Liability. The platform applies the verification measures described in the provider charter (documents, badges, rating). It does not guarantee performance of the service, which is the chosen provider's responsibility, and its liability cannot exceed the amounts it actually received for the job concerned.

8. Disputes. Any dispute is first submitted to our mediation service through the contact page. Failing agreement, Algerian courts have jurisdiction and Algerian law applies.

9. Changes. These terms may change; the applicable version is the one published on this page on the day of the order.
