Privacy policy

What we collect. Identity and contact details (name, phone, e-mail), job addresses, the history of your requests, orders and reviews, and — only if you allow it — your location.

Why. To connect you with a nearby provider, follow the job, handle payments and receipts, answer your complaints and detect fraud.

Location. Used to find a nearby provider and to show live tracking for a ride or a delivery. It is never shared with other customers, can be refused in the browser and forgotten at any time from the site header.

Who sees it. The provider assigned to your request receives only what is necessary (first name, phone, job address). Payment providers receive what the transaction requires. No data is sold.

Retention. Account data is kept while the account exists; accounting records for the period required by law.

Your rights. You may access, correct or delete your data, and withdraw your consent to geolocation, by writing to us from the contact page.
